One-on-One Coaching
Are you struggling with how to start living a healthier more energetic life or how to get your family to eat better? This is your chance to get guided help, developed with your health history, lifestyle, and goals in mind.
As your health coach, I will motivate you and hold you accountable. I will guide you and help you decide what to focus on as well as provide you with a scientifically based approach that will help you get through the conflicting nutritional information.
The 50-min, one-on-one coaching sessions will be conducted over the phone or via Skype. Below is a list of coaching options that I offer. If what you are looking for is not there contact me and we can discuss options.
Discovery Program
This is for the client that is just becoming self-aware. You are now ready to begin making simple changes that will turn into life- long health and wellness habits. You know you can use the support to help determine what to focus on, how to realize your goals and make lasting changes. This program includes 12 – 50-minute sessions meeting every two weeks for 6 months, email newsletters with recipes and tips, personalized support and customized coaching based on your needs.
Design Program
This is for the client that is self-aware but needs support to make changes with their lifestyle, exercise, attitude and nutrition. You know what you would like to focus on but need support in reaching your ultimate goals. This program includes: 6- 50-minute sessions meeting every two weeks for 3 months, email newsletters with recipes and tips and personalized support and customized coaching based on your needs.

Prime Time Health is for adults who want to take control of their health as they age! This 4-week self-paced course presented by Dr. Sears, world renowned physician and author will teach you:
