My Story:
Hi! I’m Bobbi a health and wellness coach dedicated to helping women begin their health journey for themselves and their families.
I have always had an interest in living a healthy lifestyle. For as long as I can remember I have played sports, exercised and stayed up on the latest nutrition trends. When I got into my forties, I noticed things began to change. I was juggling a full-time job, my kids schedule, our family’s agenda and starting to feel the impact of aging. I began to have no energy, lack of motivation, a bloated feeling all the time, and less mental clarity.
Being such an active person in the past and now feeling so depleted sent me on my own journey to figure out how to feel good again, naturally. I began doing lots of research and trying many new foods and styles of eating. I discover how eating whole, nutrient-rich foods can completely alter your health. What I also discovered was how important eating the right foods and exercising is for your kid’s health, development and behavior.
After countless months of researching, learning and implementing what I had learned on myself and family, I started to notice changes. I began to feel amazing! My energy was back and there was no more brain fog. I also saw noticeable differences in my son’s behavior and ability to focus at school. With everything I had learned and experienced I decided to become a health coach so that I could teach others what took me years to learn and understand.
My experience has made me believe passionately in the power of food on your health and on your life.

I am a Master Certified Health Coach from the Dr. Sears Wellness institute with a passion for living a healthy balanced lifestyle. I will teach you how your Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude, and Nutrition choices integrate and set the stage for your overall health. I will also show you simple steps that will help you take charge of your health and achieve optimal wellness. As your health coach, I will educate, inspire, and empower you to live YOUR best life.
About You:
Living a healthy lifestyle can be challenging for most of us for many reasons. For some, it’s because we are living a busy life with families and careers, for others it may be due to our health changing as we age and we are unsure how to make the needed adjustments to feel good again.
I believe that we are all on our own journey and I want to be here to help you on your journey to a healthy life. I have learned simple ways to make big changes for you and your families. I now truly understand how we live, how we move, what we think, and what we eat really impact our bodies and lives. I want to teach you that planning is key to a healthy lifestyle and how magnificent our bodies really are. I also want to help you understand the power of real food. As a 40+ year old busy mom, I can understand your challenges and I know that together we can reach your goals.
